Care for the site you already have

Maintenance should prevent drift—not just react when something breaks.

Websites lose momentum when updates wait, software is ignored, and nobody owns the details. We provide a dependable route for the routine work that keeps a straightforward marketing website accurate, credible, and supported.

This is a standalone service. You do not need to commission a new PPC website first, but we do need to review the existing site and confirm that its condition and technology fit the service.

A practical boundary

Routine website care, with bigger work scoped honestly.

Maintenance protects and improves what is already there. It does not disguise a redesign or technical development project as a monthly task list.

How it starts

Review first. Then a care plan that matches the site.

  1. 01

    Review the website

We look at the platform, hosting, access, software condition, content needs, and any known problems.

  2. 02

    Confirm the fit

We explain what can be maintained as-is, what should be fixed first, and whether any requirement belongs in a separate scope.

  3. 03

    Agree the care plan

We document the recurring work, response expectations, responsibilities, and billing before maintenance begins.

  4. 04

    Keep it moving

We handle agreed updates and checks while flagging larger opportunities before they become rushed decisions.

Where the boundary sits

Creative website care stays with PPC. Complex technology support does not.

Print Point Creative is the right route for established marketing websites that need content updates, preventive care, and thoughtful small improvements. Portals, custom applications, automation, infrastructure, and substantial integration support are led by 26 Pins.

Common questions

Before we take responsibility for the site.

Do you maintain websites you did not build?

Yes. We review the website, platform, hosting, access, and current condition first. We will confirm whether we can take responsibility for it before proposing ongoing care.

Is hosting included?

That depends on the existing platform and hosting arrangement. We may recommend keeping suitable hosting in place or moving the site when a change would improve reliability and support.

Does maintenance include a redesign?

No. Routine updates and small, focused improvements fit maintenance. A redesign, new page system, or major experience change is scoped as a custom website project.

Can you support ecommerce or membership websites?

We can review them, but their maintenance needs are usually more involved. We will recommend a custom support scope or route substantial technical work to 26 Pins.

Is this an emergency support service?

No. This is planned ongoing care rather than a guaranteed emergency-response retainer. Urgent recovery work is assessed separately and depends on access and availability.
